Refund Policy

All services provided by Markomadeit are digital or in-person. Please read this policy carefully before booking or purchasing any service.

Overview

At Markomadeit, I take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized music services. Because my work involves significant time, creative effort, and skill, I maintain a clear and fair refund policy that protects both parties.

Consultation Bookings

Free consultations carry no charge and therefore no refund is applicable. If you need to reschedule a booked consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the original booking link.

No-shows without prior notice may result in reduced priority for future bookings.

Paid Services (Production, Mixing, Mastering, Engineering)

Deposits: All paid projects require a non-refundable deposit upon booking. This deposit secures your session time and covers initial creative work.

In-progress work: Once a project has commenced and creative work has been delivered (beats, mixes, stems, or recordings), refunds will not be issued for completed portions of the work.

Cancellations before work begins: If you cancel a paid service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original booking.

Revisions: All projects include a set number of revisions as agreed upon before the project starts. Refunds will not be issued in lieu of revisions.

Music Lessons

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions without refund.

DJ Services

DJ bookings require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may receive a refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full.

Disputes & Exceptions

I understand that circumstances can change. If you have a genuine concern or extenuating situation, reach out directly and I'll do my best to work something out. Exceptions to this policy are handled on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via email to contact.markomadeit@gmail.com with your booking details and reason for the request. I will respond within 3–5 business days.
